Motorola Atrix 4G Review

This is the bigtime innovation phone in many places, but it’s really expensive to offer all of this new options to you as soon as it has. The option to plug your phone into a laptop sort of device is an idea that’s been a longtime coming, and this wont be the last time it’s been implemented. The phone appears to definitely be worth itself on its own with the amount it costs at the moment, but the docks, at least the laptop dock, may have been released too quick. On the other hand, we give props to Motorola for releasing such a dock first. That’s always something worth a high-five over. Buy the phone, wait on the laptop dock, buy the HD dock. Go for it.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc Review

Sony Ericsson could've called this the Xperia Art and no one would have been surprised. Its 4.2-incher is one of the most photogenic smartphones we've come across yet and its design exhibits an artistry and a flamboyance we rarely get to see. Construction materials might have been better, but then the Arc comes in at a very reasonable £425 ($680) price off contract -- placing it at the lower end of the Android smartphone pricing scale in the UK.

HTC Thunderbolt Review

The Thunderbolt has a very real opportunity to be the finest 4.3-inch device HTC has ever made -- for the moment, anyway and the Thunderbolt is easily one of the best Android devices in Verizon's expansive lineup.

LG Optimus Review

The world cried out for a dual-core smartphone and LG and NVIDIA answered the call. Actually, the world only ever dreamt about multicore mobile architectures up until late last year, but sometimes that's all it takes to get those zany engineers engineering. So here we are, in early February 2011, beholding the world's first smartphone built around a dual-core processor, the Optimus 2X.

Motorola Droid Bionic Review

The original Droid made a powerful statement. Actually, make that statements, plural: for Motorola, it was the largest single affirmation that it was going all-in with Android and that it could play in the very highest rungs of the smartphone elite. The Droid X is among the first phones to employ a TI OMAP3630 processor, which is basically the ultimate execution of the OMAP3 line of cores.
